In the nineteenth century, Château Bouffemont was the setting for prestigious ceremonies carried out by former residents, the Marquise of Preignes and Baron Empain. Just 30 Kilometers from the centre of Paris, situated in the heart of Montmorency Forest, the venue offers a background of classical French architecture.

The photography style was inspired by cinematic photography by Peter Lindbergh and fashion shoots by photographer and designer Hedi Slimane, highlighting minimalist and elegant style. Traditional and refined craftsmanship details, such as handmade stationery, featuring a fashion illustration of bride and groom, give a touch of an original handcrafted luxury, which is in demand more than ever. There are also modern details to notice, including a transparent bridal purse filled with flowers instead of a traditional bridal bouquet at the wedding party, or a pistachio-coloured edible table-setting.

With the work presenting graphic silhouettes and a bit of a melancholic mood, intimacy between the two and the high-end location, and mixing fashion and documentary photography, is is all balancing luxury and simplicity up to the smallest detail. We created special nonchalant French vibes, while remaining timeless and effortlessly chick.
